• We have a private lot to our east side. After that you can park in the lot in Table 26 across from the teahouse if they are not open.After that there is free off street parking.

  • We serve high tea Tuesday to Sunday from 11.30am, the last reservation for high tea is 2pm. On Sunday’s we only serve high tea. We reccommend 2 hours for your high tea experience.

  • Yes, we can prepare gluten free high tea, vegan high tea and dairy free high tea. There is a $8 up-charge and request 72 hours notice.

  • Reservations are requird for high tea service. Reservations are not required for lunch service but they are highly recommended as most guests do reserve ahead to ensure a table is available for them.

  • Reservations are highly reccommend and we suggest you make reservation as soon as you start planning your visit.

  • Yes, we offer champagne, mimosas, bellinis and wine.

  • Yes, we have 3 dining rooms.

    Princess room 9/10 guests with 2 tables.

    Royal Room 7/8 guests, one table.

    Queen room, 17/18 guests 4 tables

  • Yes, all our teas are available for you to purchase and enjoy at home or gift in the front lobby. You can pre-order while you are enjoying your high tea or order online here.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, apple pay and offer contactless payment options.

  • Yes, we can accommodate groups of up to 40 guests.

  • Yes, we would be happy to prepare out high tea fare for you to have a high tea at home. We have a full catering menu on page 1 and request one week notice if possible. Catering order can be picked up after 9.30am on the day of the order.
